The Schwinn WZ507 was introduced in 1947.  This bike was designed with the intention of adding the Whizzer engine kit.  The welds and spokes were made heavier and the stays were pressed flat for belt clearance.  This bike was later renamed the S4 and a welded brake arm anchor point was added.
