The excerpt below appears in Bob Baker's Whizzer Book

When Martin Goldman and Dietrich Kohlstaat bought out the Whizzer production from Breene-Taylor Engineering Company, they also acquired Henry Schuricht, who had been instrumental in designing the first series.  Henry was involved with all subsequent redesigns and changes, and knew the product well.
While still in Los Angeles, Martin Goldman's sons, Don and Gerry, also worked at the plant.  After the move to Pontiac, Michigan, Don became a sales rep for the Rocky Mountain region.  Later he became the the Credit Manager. After the death of his father, he became the President of the company.  It's unknown what happened to Dietrich Kohlstaat who was the former Whizzer President before Don's appointment.  Gerry Goldman had started his career assembling motors and later became a dealer service rep.  He then took over Gildorama Window Division after Whizzer's demise.
Ray Burch was Vice President in charge of sales until he went to Schwinn.  Ron H Cooley took over as VP after being manager of the eastern division. In 1959, after Ron left the company, Don Goldman became VP.
In 1947, Don White was the production manager and was very instrumental in designing the Sprotsman model as well as other things such as the Bi-Matic clutch redesign.  Bob Craven was also in the experimental engineering department.
